The aim of this Support Centre is to get you started on ScholarOne Manuscripts (formerly known as Manuscript Central) and to assist you with your use of the system particularly outside of normal (UK) working hours. Even if you are already familiar with they system having used ScholarOne Manuscripts before, the Support Centre may be able to help you because it is aimed directly at the Emerald editorial community and our requirements are very specific to Emerald journals.
To make it easier to find the information you are looking for, we have divided the Support Centre site into user groups: For Authors, For Reviewers, For Editors, For Guest Editors, For Administrators/Editorial Assistants and For Publishers.

In order to help us respond to queries as quickly as possible please provide your name, the full title of your paper, manuscript Id (if available) and the journal name.
